Our services are intended for businesses and authorised adult representatives aged 18 and over. By using our platforms, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind yourself or the organisation on whose behalf you are acting.

Africa Cirque reserves the right to refuse access to any person or entity at its discretion.

You agree to use our platforms only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data.
• Use our platforms to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our platforms or infrastructure.
• Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content without written authorisation.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platforms without permission.

Where you are provided with account credentials to access the LIQUIDA platform, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of those credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

You must notify Africa Cirque immediately at hello@africacirque.com if you suspect any unauthorised access or security breach.

All content, trademarks, logos, platform technology, and materials on our website and LIQUIDA platform are the property of Africa Cirque Limited or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Africa Cirque's intellectual property without prior written consent.

Information provided on our website and platforms is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice.

Our AI-powered virtual assistant, Gina, is provided for general enquiry and support purposes. Responses generated by Gina do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice and should not be relied upon as such.

Conversations with Gina may be reviewed by authorised Africa Cirque personnel for quality assurance and compliance purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Africa Cirque shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platforms or services.

Africa Cirque's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Africa Cirque in the three months preceding the claim, or such other amount as required by applicable law.
